This review is not about the unit, it is about the excellent customer service that I received from Simona.  I just want to highlight the fact that was wonderful to work with.  Unfortunately due to inclimate weather in her area, she was unable to ship the unit and she made it priority to contact me via email and with a personal phone call to inform me of the delay.  That was much appreciated as communication goes a long way for a customer.  So again I just want to say Thank you Simona for everything, and I am looking forward to receiving my beautiful new unit Melissa!

I appreciate royalty wigs “care for hair program”. Chemotherapy caused me to lose my hair. It is not easy to battle a disease and in addition to that have to worry about still “looking normal”.
